If you are Bipolar II, I'd stay away from SAM-e. I've seen it make a few folks hypomanic, and although it might help with fatigue, it might be a little too helpful, and make you agitated and jittery. It's probably okay during pregnancy. but nobody really knows. (Do you want to volunteer you and you baby for that study? No? I didn't think so. See why it's hard to know pregnancy risks for meds?)
