Geno,

I would consider ditching the Paxil *and* the desipramine and try Zoloft (25mg). It may be more effective for your ptsd. Desipramine worsened anxiety for me. Zoloft was the most *motivating* SSRI of the bunch for me (just can't tolerate the GI sfx). It blocks reuptake of DA more than the others. I had more sleep trouble on Zoloft than the others though. In that case you might be able to *lower* your Remeron down to 15mg and sleep better. Just some ideas,
