increase med dosage - effect on endurance

Posted by sjb on March 31, 2002, at 16:40:11

I know I've asked this question before but I can't remember if no one responded or if I just forgot.

Has anyone experienced a decrease in athletic performance as they increased med dosages? It seems to me that low dosages of SRRIs (and Wellbutrin) seem to actually boost performance but at a higher dosage, I can't do as much, esp when running.

I'm now on 200 mg of Luvox and I'm finding it very difficult to do what I was doing last week on a lower dosage. Perhaps it's too early to tell, but it's frustrating.

Any input, studies would be appreciated. I'm going to stay the med course this time but would like some info so I don't feel like such a wuss.

Thanks.
