SAM-e share any experiences?

Hi,
i wanna give a try to sam-e, after the failure of every other AD's.
I do not know dosage, side-effetcs, time to response, efficacy, etc...
Pls could you share your experience?
I've read a lot of good thinks about this med, but i haven't read anything from the personal experience in his usage yet.
