SERZONE AND REMERON???

I started taking Serzone a few nights ago and I CANT SLEEP! Well ive had a sleeping problem since the cocaine overdose last St.Patricks Day. REMERON is the only thing that is strong enough to put me to sleep. Is it O.K. to take Serzone AND Remeron at night? Im currently at 25mg of Serzone {will up it to 50mg 2x's a day next week} and i take only 2 mg of remeron.... just to put me to sleep. Is that safe? Is Serzone even worth my worry? Will it help my anxiety/Panic attacks?
