Hello i would just like to post about my trial with xanax and klonopin:
Today, i usually wake up around 7am. I take .5mg of xanax. It seems to calm me in approx.30minutes. It lasts approx 6-8hrs.
By approx 1pm, i started to feel anxious. I did drink a cup of coffee, at noon, though i was feeling drowsy. at 1:00, i took 1mg of klonopin. This made me very sedated, like a walking zombie, no energy. I had to drink more coffee to wake up. I suspect cutting the dose to .5mg of klonipin will do the trick. Klonopin seems to be more muscle relaxing and antyloxic(sedative).
Both did not improve my mood, possibly made me more depressed.geno
