Hi. You're not crazy. I had the same effects on Celexa. I felt very weak physically. My posture became terrible. I was always slouching because I felt so exhausted and weak. I was very upset by this for many reasons, one of which was that it was the only SSRI that I was able to combine with other meds without causing hypertensive crises and heart palpitations. But what good is that if I had to spend half the time slouched in a chair or in bed? Celexa did help my anxiety tremendously, but I guess there's always a trade off regarding benefits versus risks. I hope things get better for you!
