Hi Spike,

I'm afraid I don't have a good answer to your question.
Probably this one can vary substantially on an indivual basis.
I personally have only tried Zyprexa.
Maybe others on the news group can comment on
the other meds. As far as side effects go,
Zyprexa can cause a bit of weight gain, but may
be one of the better medicines for helping
with agitation/anxiety as it blocks a noradrenaline
receptor. All of the medicines block a serotonin
receptor that causes anxiety, specifically the
"5-ht2" receptor, but they have pretty substantial
differences outside of the serotonin blocking and
dopamine blocking mechanisms.
