Good luck! I would think the Lithium should start helping.

> Yes so it seems... I am chronically depressed and then I take AD's which basically make me obnoxious and activated and super negative. They do help a lot for some aspects of my depression like rejection sensitivity and anxiety, but then they also make some things worse. They increase dysphoria and agitation and then of course the side effects on top of it all. So now I'm adding Lithium (450mg)and lamictal(start low & go slow).
