Hehe...I can't tell you how often I dread eating anymore. It seems the only way I can effectively take all my meds The Way They Should Be Taken is to have five meals a day. I trained at a gym for a while where the trainer specified I should have five meals a day and explained why, metabolically, it's important to spread food intake over a long period of time rather than have "three squares" which is an outdated and (literally) old-fashioned concept in nutrition. When I followed his plan I had five relatively smallish meals during the course of a day (I never went hungry, and had to force myself to eat on occasion, though after a while it became a satisfactory, though high-maintenance regimen). It may not take much food to offset the Wellbutrin's side effects; a continental type breakfast (avoid the caffeine) might be all it takes. Just a thought.

I like the notion of having "tea" in the afternoon, though -- something I hadn't considered as an American (an excuse to have a cake or sweet!).

Since I am also on other medications to be taken/used with Wellbutrin it's possible that the combination (without enough food to help buffer the side effects) could be contributing to the problem. But I was told outright that it is wisest to take Wellbutrin with a meal. I hope that is what you are doing; if not I hope you will try.
