Hi Holly,
Just thought I'd see if you were still having problems with your mentral cycle. I turned 43 and my hormones went upside down. Could not sleep either, depressed, severe headaches, anxiety, bad thoughts. Finally, I went to the doctor and he put me on Sarafem. All symptoms ceased!Except for a little nervousness. Only thing is I'm tired much more often. But it is probably worth it because I couldn't take the other feelings anymore. Especially the severe headaches that were happening about 3 weeks out of the month.
