Yes Zyprexa could exacerbate dystonia. Clozapine is supposed to have the least chance of causing movement disorders, although the chance is not zero. Clozapine has the fewest movement disorder side effects, but more than makes up for this in other side effects. You have to have your blood drawn once a week with clozapine.
