I personally never found Remeron to be very sedating, not even at 15 mg. But then again I had an extremely nasty, agitated depression in the beginning with severe insomnia. Couldnt sleep a lick despite being exhausted. Remeron quickly solved that problem and I was grateful for its sedating profile. But I cant relate to all these complaints I hear about Remeron flooring people with oversedation. It makes me wonder if many of the people who try Remeron are that agitated to begin with.

I havent been on Remeron in years now, but for agitated depression its awesome.
