hello fellow londoner!! :o)

Well, I've taken three doses since it started... its definately worse in the evenings, but I split my dose AM and PM anyway!!!

its very wierd, and the bloody NHS have gone crap and its still weeks till I see pdoc (haven;t seem him since october grrrrrrrr)
