Amisulpride: 50mg once or 25mg twice a day?

Hi to everybody,
I need a counseil from who is using Amisulpride.
Do you think, in your experience, comparing right and side effects, that is better to have 50mg once or 25mg twice a day?
Any experience about the dosage of amisulpride?
