I am currently on Lamictal monotherapy and i am slowly sliding into the abyss. I felt fantatstic when I first started Lamictal. At doseage as low as 12.5 mg I was feeling wonderful. I am now at 75mg and am supposed to titrate up to 100mg.
> I was wondering what you folks think of this combo. I was on Prozac before and had to go off due to terrible pain and ulcers in stomach ( we figued out that I take ulcer meds when I first start a new drug and that seems to help) I have terrible PMS and that is why I am thinking of Prozac again. The Provigil is for the tiredness and fatique I am feeling again. I am back into a bad habit of not wanting to get up in the morning(worst time for me) and then at night when things are bearable I don't want to go to bed because I know it will be really bad again in the morning. No energy thru the day at all and I have become very irritable. When I was at my worst in the summer and was hospitalized for 5 weeks my nerves were so bad I had giant sores in my head. They are back! I have been taking Ativan for the irritabilty.

Hi,

How is the Provigil doing for your daytime sleepiness? Are you getting any side effects from the Provigil you don't like?
If you have trouble with nearly all AD's giving you sfx and you are looking for another mood stabilizer to help your depression (other than lithium)--have you tried any Neurontin??
