I've been on WB SR 300 mgs for quite awhile. I very recently added lamictal and have been slowly titrating up at the rate of about 25 mgs per week. I started noticing some side effects at 75 mgs and because of that decided to stay at this level before going up to 100. I have noticed some slight nausea (really almost a tightening of my stomach) and sort of a washed out feeling. I take klonopin also but alot less than what you're describing and only before bed.

I have to say that when I was originally working myself up on the WB I had some of the same types of side effects, including the dizziness, so I guess it could be either drug. I can't speak for the lamictal because I really haven't been on it very long, but the WB side effects lasted anywhere from 4 or 5 days to maybe 10 days.
