ANXIETY/PANIC ATTACKS Who out there has them?

I suffer from HORRIBLE anxiety/panic attacks from time to time. I take Xanax for them, when one comes over me I try to get the Xanax into my body IMMEDIATELY.
I was wondering who else out there has these attacks and what you do for them? I always like to have other's opinions on things of this nature.
