Im currently on remeron 30mg for sleep. Works like a dream. I also am on desipramine 25mg, which seems to be pooping out. When i raise this already small doseage, i cant take the increased heart rate and nightime wrestlessness.
I have a bottle of 200mg tablets. Im thinking of discontinuing the desipramine and breaking the 200mg tablet and taking 100mg at night with remeron , for a week, then upping it to 200 or spit 100am 100pmanysuggestions.
ps. i also still depressed, low mood.
