Topamax and Vision HELP!

Hi. I'm on Zyprexa 10mg, Neurontin 900mg, and my pdoc just added Topamax 50mg for weight control. I've read some disturbed reports about cases were glaucoma was caused by topamax -- I am noticing changes in my vision, should I be concerned? things aren't fuzzzy -- they just look different, it's hard to describe. Things are clear, but different. how do I know when I should be concerned? what exactly does blurred vision mean? does it mean things become fuzzy? less clear?
I'm sooooooooooooo paranoid over this!~ HEELP!!!
