As we say here, YMMV (your mileage may vary), but for me, Celexa caused nausea during the start-up, but this disappeared after a week. It has some loss of sex drive, but not nearly as bad as Paxil was. It does interfere with my sleep cycle (oddly enough, given your post, my doc augments with low-dose Remeron to counteract this). I have gained waeight, but cannot be certain if this is Celexa or Remeron.

All in all, I find it a fairly easily tolerated medication and extremely effective. Good luck and let us know how it goes!
