I've been on Remeron before. The first few days it really knocks you out. But, unfortunately, the tiredness stays around for good usually. I used to sleep all the time when I was on it. I was on .5 mg of Risperdal for anxiety at the time as well. The Remeron kindof fogs your mind while you're on it. It can make you have more trouble concentrating or slow you down. I think you should switch to another SSRI. Don't go with Paxil though. Perhaps Zoloft or whatever. If you want energy you could try Wellbutrin. But I'd take an SSRI along with it to help your mood stay up.
