Any ideas...Can't sleep past 4:49am in this cycle

I am on 900 mg of lithium XR, I take 2.5 mg of zyprexa around 8pm, a bit of klonopin and 10mgs of celexa...AND I Still awake at 4:49 when I go to bed by 11:30pm...it sucks like I am wired or hypomanic. At 4:49am it is too late to take ambien. Any Thoughts > > > >
