i admit to being a little clueless about how sugar and carbs and blood sugar and all that works. (well, actually "really" clueless)
i do notice that if i eat, i tend to nosedive. i especially nosedive if i eat carbs. if i eat vegetables i notice no change. i do just fine when i don't eat much and limit that to vegetables, but you can't exactly live on only vegetables i don't think.
thoughts about the carbs? thanks so much for the helpful input.
