I have taken just a 200 mg tablet about 6 days ago. My remission has been consistant since. I think I'm feeling at my best even with the crud that's been happening. Read my post "I feel good......like I new that I would" about what happened to me saturday. My illness has been consistant over these many years. Its atypical in that I sleep alot more when I'm down, which is most of the time. I don't have energy and I think extremely slow. I would suffer from severe social phobia and such. But not anymore. Life is good, I hope it continues. I vowed that when and if I ever found successful treatment I would'nt abandon others that were still suffering. That's why I am still checking this board and posting my experience and progress. Good luck!

Its has stayed that way so far. I am keeping my sleeping hours consistent. So far so good. I had been takeing amisulpride and DHEA for a months or so, but may discontinue these. They were'nt helping very much until I took the Nizoral.
