Hi Sal,
I started with half a pill a day for a few days, eventually worked up to 4 a day, but am now satisfied with 1 a day. One pill a day perks me up. Odd, but 3 or 4 actually makes me feel fatigued. Dosing is tricky and will require experimentation as well as time.

In literature the dosage is said to be 1 or 2 pills twice a day. I do fine with just 1 once a day. But of course, I am thoroughly convinced that Adrafinil is somehow working synergistically with my Prozac.

Considering the other meds you are taking, there's no way to predict what will happen. But you are well versed in this game, so I'm sure you know how to handle it. Slow and low would be wise in my opinion.
John
