I think 100 mg. is a very low dose. I've heard 300 mg. is necessary to have a therapeutic effect. I've been on 300 mg. for more than two years and I've tried going down to 150 mg. but that's too low for me. I'm going to keep trying to reduce my dose though because I definitely believe in taking the lowest dose necessary.
