Have you ever tried Prozac? About 75% of people on this med don't gain weight. I was always hungry on Paxil, and came off it. When I tried it again, it did not work as well. I am staying on Prozac. I'm on it about 7 months [40-60 mgs now; started at 10 mgs for a few days before going to 20 mgs]. I'm a few pounds lighter on Prozac then before I took it. Also, if I get over anxious [not often, I take a little Xanax]. I take Trazodone at night [50 mgs] which helps me sleep. No weight gain on this combo; also my friend is on Prozac for over 10 years without weight gain; she takes Trazodone at night also. I'm sorry for your frustration. I hope you find the right med[s]for you without the weight gain side effect.

> I feel so frustrated. I am going back on anti-depressants and it pisses me off because I lost so much weight when I was off of them and now I am having a relapse and need to go back on them, I feel like my life is hell. I feel like I will never get off of them for the rest of my life. I am feeling confused, desperate, and frustrated.
