You could try 75 mg of effexor(low dose) and 150 mg wellbutrin daily but that's my opinion. The wellbutrin should help the sexual side effects of the effexor.
Were you doing good on effexor?? You should really think about helping your depression before thinking about your sexual performance which is a lot more important.
