Messy,
My pdoc made me get a baseline eye exam including a slight lamp test before starting this med. If I continued on the med, she would have insisted on biannual reexaminations. Yes, she is careful, but it is a risk with Seroquel. It's probably a very low risk, though everyone reacts differently to meds. So in her opinion, you can never be too cautious.
