Topamax is something I wouldn't be looking at if you have only unipolar depression. There are safer meds for that. All the chat you will find here about Topamax usually relates to bipolar disorder for the most part. Of course if those patients "were on many other meds", then they may have been bipolar patients. Are you curious because of your own personal problems, or just about Topamax being an antidepressant agent in itself?
