Dear MB,
We seem to share an intolerance to SSRIs-they really aggrevate rather than help my OCD. The worst anxiety I ever experienced in my life followed a single dose of Paxil. I have tried low dose Zoloft (a mere 6.25 mg daily) and by day 3 I had severe akathesia.
I am familiar with the use of thyroid hormone to potentiate antidepressants but I'd not heard of using it alone in psychiatry. Or are you hypothyroid?
