Anna, I don't know what to tell you. I know when I first took nardil, it took five weeks it to kick in. Later I went down on the dose, but if I was going through a hard time I would increase it. Those increases I felt very soon.
But I don't know about your combination. Are the little pockets of improvements enough to give it more of a try? Can the Mirtazapine be increased also? What do your doctors say?
