Almost sounds like the mix I've got, which is ADD, TLE, migraine, possible Bipolar II. . All of which rather overlap, and have in common a phenomenon known as Kindling. . .and suggest not enough dopamine in the frontal lobes, and perhaps too much bombarding the limbic system. Everything was hugely eased and levelled for me by, first, Dexedrine, which gave me both mental clarity and mental organization. . and then Neurontin, which evened out my moods and sleep. I bombed out on SSRIs, loved Zyprexa but it ruined my insulin response. . .Don't sense you need to turn to the APs yet, sounds like there's some basics to get in place first. Do you have migraine? Are you ADD and/or Bipolar II? Say more.
