Wellbutrin-
I had positive responses with this drug right away. It was very activating. I did not continue with it because I found myself becoming overly aggressive and what I call "snappy." I was easily irritated, almost like I was cruising along at the speed of light and nothing could keep up with me and that really bugged me. I found myself becoming too bothered in traffic, when people were late, etc. I have known people to do very well on this drug though.

Serzone-
My doctor tried me on this drug after Wellbutrin. I fealt like a complete stoner. I had blurred vision, loss of short term memory (had frequent episodes of, "well, how did I wind up here?") I didn't even want to drive on this drug and took a few days off of work. These symptoms came as soon as I started on the drug. My doctor told me that this wears off after about a month, but I couldn't stand it. I didn't stay on this drug either.

Good luck.
