Yeah, it sure is.

I don't know that it's been approved for insomnia by the FDA, but it's certainly a common use for the drug.

Sure. Same with Remeron. Remeron is just a very strong antihistamine. It won't cure your insomnia, just treat it.

Flexeril, maybe? (Tricyclic-like, used as a muscle relaxant but not very effective.)

I dunno. Can you find out the generic name from your doc?
