i have been off effexor for the second day and i feel so jittery and dizzy i can't move very fast and looking at the computer screen is making me dizzy. I'm supposed to start wellbutrin sunday and i'm scared that it's going to make me more jittery and dizzy than i am right now.I've actually felt energized and positive about life in the last two days. I'm also feeling like i could eat and eat but when i do i feel sick to the point of throwing up. what is going on with me? SHould i wait a while before starting wellbutrin or are my withdrawals going to continue and get worse until i start wellbutrin?
