Hi Autumn,
Been on both drugs; I've gotten manic on lamictal 2x (once pointed out to me on this very board!). But i have a very treatment resistant bp1 condition, and understand (by UCSD researchers who prescribed it for me) that it is very successful in bipolar depression. I find zanaflex very sedating initially- i thought it was a muscle relaxant though. Are your headaches the tension type? take care- judy
