I have anxiety and worry about everything.Anybody else use this combo? I was thinking I should ask for Zyprexa or Remeron.Any suggestions?

I take 225mg of Effexor XR and 50mg of Trazadone. You do not have anything to worry about. The doses are not high enough. One of the first symptoms of serotonin syndrome is diarrhea, just to let you know. The Trazadone dose is not high enough to make this happen. Trazadone anti-depressant effects do not start happening until about 400-500mg.

Good Luck!
By the way, Trazadone is not addictive, and it is wonderful for sleep! Also, a lot of people on Zoloft experience tiredness!
