> Sal,
I developed tongue movements from years of being on Melleril. My tongue rubs back and forth along my bottom teeth, and I can't stop it. Sometimes it interferes with talking. But it's not noticable by other people. I think it's more of a nuisance to me.

When I added Seroquel after years off of a classic AP, the tongue movement slowed (masked TD). But with in a week or so the tongue thing came back. I was afraid to continue on the med, becuase I thought it may make the baseline tongue problem worse.

What do you think? Do you think I could take an atypical AP on a regular basis, and not have more TD added on to what I have? And what kind of guarentee would you give me? LOL
