I don't fall asleep without meds. .. typical ADD brain just yaps on.

Lorazepam (Ativan) is probably the mildest benzo there is. I've also read some interesting material on some benzos interfering with Stage 4 sleep, incl. Ativan, which is partly why I switched to Valium. As I'm sure you know, FM is implicated with low levels of Stage 4 sleep. Neurontin has been the most help with the FM muscle pain, whether because it helps sleep or just calms the high-firing brain, I don't know.
