Three weeks is not long enough. In clinical tests, people got more anxiety relief with 20 or 30 mg Celexa than they got with 40 or more. Maybe you should go down to 30 or 20 mg. Ask your doctor first. It significantly reduced my anxiety after about 2 months. It gave me more anxiety in the first few weeks but I took Kava when I was jittery and that helped within 30 minutes.

> 40 mg of Celexa going on 3 weeks, with a teeny lift in depression but no energy, foggy head, headache and yawning (plus no relief from anxiety). Should I have started to feel better and should the side effects have dissipated by now? Thanks.
