I'm having the same problem with Celexa, which I recently switched to from Paxil, so my doc has me take the Celexa at night. I also take Klonopin and switched that to night time also, but my doc thinks that because I've taken Klonopin for so long I may be "immune" to it and it's not helping me sleep or with my anxiety like it used to.

Just like we have to experiment/trial and error with the meds, we also have to do this with the time/when we take them. Try taking Prozac at night, first a few hours before bed time to try to ward off morning "hangover" or maybe at bedtime if morning hangover is not a problem. Good luck!
