Thanks all for your suggestions

Craig F - talk about the pot calling the kettle black! (You quit Remeron after one day of fatigue?!? LOL). I keep feeling the reversal of side effects at higher doses is an 'urban myth' but I'll sure try to get up there fast to find out if I take this stuff.

Mitch - I'm going to ask about Provigil. I'll guinea pig readily as long as I don't think I'll vomit or feel sedated.

Sal - I'm really intrigued by what I've read about Geodon. This quote from NAMI sounds *so* good:

Geodon may also help in treating the "negative symptoms" of schizophrenia, which include social withdrawal, apathy, lack of motivation, and an inability to experience pleasure. Geodon is associated with little or no weight gain, a characteristic that distinguishes it from other antipsychotic drugs.
