matt...may be your meds.... did you feel depersonalized before you started them?? wellbutrin is generally not that good for anxiety, in fact it can make it worse...it made me spacy and panicky,,,topimax also gave me that feeling...like i was unsure about where i was and stuff...klonopin is a good med though so stay on it but ide ask your doc about trying an antidepressand like serzone or a mood stabolizer like neurontin both of which are great for anxiety...hope this helps....jodi
