N.P., It did work for me, I'm a 42 yr old male. But yes, side effects is the reason I ended use after a little over a year of use. High B.P., weight gain, liver function issues. But the drug did do what it was supposed to do for depression and anxiety...

Coming off it was very difficult, took several attempts of different methods. Reducing the dose slowly over time, and taking it every day is what finally worked. I ended use after weaning down to ~10mg a day for a week. But I still had some withdrawal several days after not taking any.
