There are case studies using precisely Paxil and Risperdal.

O'Connor, Manjula MBBS, DPM, MMed (Geriatrics), FRANZCP. Silver, Henry MBBS, BMed Sci, DPM, FRANZCP. "Adding Risperidone to Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor Improves Chronic Depression." Journal of Clinical Psychopharmacology. 18(1):89-91, February 1998:

"SG, a 39-year-old woman and business professional, presented in February 1995 with depression. She was tearful and sad, anorexic, had lost 7 kg in 2 months, experienced early and late insomnia and poor concentration, felt inadequate with low self esteem, feared people and criticism, and had suicidal thoughts. She responded well to sertraline 50 mg/day. Two subsequent relapses responded to paroxetine 20 mg/day and paroxetine 20 mg/day plus nortriptyline 10 mg/day and thioridazine 10 mg/day, respectively. In May 1996, she became severely depressed, felt worthless, extremely anxious, could not sleep, and had suicidal thoughts. Her employer telephoned that she was suicidal, extremely agitated, and aggressive. Treatment with nortriptyline 30 mg/day, paroxetine 30 mg/day, and alprazolam 0.5 mg/day produced little response after 4 weeks. In July 1996, risperidone 1 mg twice daily was added. One week later, she was much improved and returned to work. There were no side effects except for a mild tremor. Risperidone was discontinued after 3 weeks, and paroxetine 20 mg/day and nortriptyline 20 mg/day were continued. Three months later, she again became agitated. Risperidone was reinstated with immediate relief, which was sustained 2 weeks later."
