I haven't tried them, but when I looked them up just now...they're different brand names for the same drug. the SAME drug. Here's the heading...

methylphenidate

Pronunciation: meh thill FEH nih date
Brand: Concerta, Metadate ER, Methylin, Ritalin, Ritalin-SR
