luvox,topomax,immovane

I have been diagnosed as Bipolar and sometimes suffer anxiety but am an addict in recovery so take no other meds. I take immovane to sleep at night? Is this combination the safest and most effective in terms of stabalising mood and anxienty levels? I work in a high pressure envirnment and do what I can in terms of exercising daily, meditating etc too.
