effexor and provigil

Has anyone out there had any experience taking Effexor -xr and Provigil? Taking 225mg Effexor at night and
and 200mg Provigil (for narcolepsy or eds)in the morning. Only been on this regimen for a week and though I can stay awake
now during the day, I'm feeling pretty anxious and irritable. Hope someone out there can relate.
